Just because B&N is large doesn't mean they will carry the book you are looking for, I know this from experience- avid reader. I prefer to go to Boswell Book Co. on Downer; they are fantastic!

They have a really good selection of unique board games upstairs.

Great DVD selection - rarities and foreign - but man are those prices ridiculous. Stick to purchasing said products online. Book deals are a-okay though.

Legos upstairs

Exceptionally ignorant staff . Groups of employees standing around, whining about their breaks not coming quick enough.

Everything except the nasty bathrooms they have here. Seriously, Barnes & Noble get it together and clean your restrooms . I would post the pictures if I weren't so disgusted.

Cafe = crazy slow. But the salted caramel mocha is worth the wait!!

Go to the Brookfield Sq instead. Much cleaner, faster and nicer cafe

Morning lady takes her sweet time in the cafe ; try not to get her if you have to work right away

Don't go to the cafe in the morning. One lady that works there is way slow; plus the bathrooms are rarely cleaned

How does a Barnes and Noble NOT have big comfy chairs ? Epic fail.

Mend bathroom (atleast today) was not a pleasant experience. Scuba gear would have been nice before venturing in there.

Mark, not having comfortable chairs is deliberate. Their revised strategy is to get visitors to purchase, or get them to leave. Comfortable book browsers don't purchase much, but use WiFi and energy.

The cafe is s.l.o.w. And I agree with the restroom comments...
