Definitely should check out spa facilities . Free parking at Star Garden garage , but you have to validate at Marriott.

For those who have any events at Ritz Carlton Conference Centre, may park at Starhill Gallery which charges of RM7 once verified the parking ticket at the conference receptionist .

Each treatment suite in our spa has a private terrace and provides guests with their own sunken bath.

Human race discrimination same as other RC in Asia ( incl. Jakarta, Tokyo and Osaka). As reported in other cities , Ritz-Carlton encourage their staffs to abuse their guests because of bloods.

The afternoon tea is a great experience. The live musical accompaniment made it all the better.

The elevator is inefficient. Take a long time for it to reach your floor, even when the other lifts have nobody using them. Sometimes the hotel reserves a lift for VIP, which makes movement even slow.

Their lunch&dinner buffet is superb ????????????

Tried the breakfast here. University alumni invitation. It was alright, nothing spectacular - was expecting more since it’s the Ritz-Carlton, kan? ???? Mcm Grand Hyatt breakfast better.
