We had an awsome night filled w/ lots of laughter! I absolutely recommend to go there, but you better book your ticket in advanced! Snacks (onion rings & fries ) are good too ;)

The space is very intimate . The staff are super disorganized and kept forgetting my order. He hostess was also a feisty mess, but I appreciated her candor to a certain extent.

Absolutely love this place. Great comedy and great cocktails and service. Loved their jalapeno cocktail and their onion rings .

I was laughing from start to finish at the Friday night show. Pitcher of sangria is a good deal & counts for six of your table's drinks.

Ok so it doesn't have the history or intimacy of The Cellar but the seating is more comfortable and the line ups as good if not better. Caught Louis CK and Dave Attell last nite.

The best standup place. Arrive early in order to get a good seat. Ask to the lady in the outside of the street who has a list.

Compared to classic Comedy Cellar, Village Underground feels less cozy but more mature. I like both venues, but would probably prefer original.

Get there early or you'll get crap seats. So if you're meeting friends and they're late, they're obligated to buy you a drink or six.

If you're drinking wine , order a bottle so you don't have to make sure to reorder in between acts.

We had a lot of fun! Food was good. Half of our table were people with no sense of humor. Made us laugh even louder!

There's a 2 drink minimum , which is kind of a buzzkill because the beer list is crap and the cocktails are blah. Comedy talent is off the charts, though!

Top quality stand up. Get a res and don’t be late.

Good laughs ...not to happy about the mandatory 2 drink per person minimum. My friends aren't drinkers and paid $4 for a bottle of water.

Never disappointed by a show here.

Wasn't too impressed. One of the five comedians were funny and the rest were vulgar.
