Tea shop on the first floor, giant tea room upstairs. The tea selection is spectacular, the food excellent - only the service is chaotic.
The Marco Polo tea is a consistent favourite (and best-seller).

Service needs to be improved at the shop, the tea room is better in this sense but I had to go the counter to ask for the bill otherwise nobody would have come around.
