The cawanmushi is not hot and not even warm!! The rice for the sushi kepit with chopstick je cerai berai jatuh dalam sauce!! Dunno where they learn the skill. Every branch the rice sure tak lekat!!

One of the new outlet in Setapak, good service and management, clean and comfortable environment. The chefs a good cook too.

not many varieties of sushi available it was disappointing. yakigyu don is okay though i've tasted better at another outlet. black pepper udon has a slight sweet taste to it it threw me off a lil bit.

Super long queue, especially during dinner time (both on weekdays and weekends)

It's seem to be located on good feng shuei spot. Thriving as it may wait staff attitudes do come hand in hand.

During the busy period they can be a little short-handed, messing up orders.

Menu n conveyor belt selections limited. Food quality mediocre. If u only can afford 15 mins lunch , this then will be the best bet.

Wait 20min for a seat, whereby there are 3tables for them to clean up. Service here really fail. Rather act blind & act busy but dunwan to clean up d table for us.
