The crew open the exit door (with bright light) around 20mins before movies end, and then keep stare on us inpatiently to hope audiences leave soon ...you just feel like wanna slap on their face.

Easy access . Big screen . Murah and sempoi..

Prices are more reasonable and the popcorn is awesome! :)

If there is only front row seats left don't watch at that time because the seat is literally 1m away from the screen & you have to look up for almost 2 hours & your neck got hurt. you don't want that.

Their 3D movie price is much cheaper than other cinema . You pay for the glasses and you get to keep it. Can reuse the next time.

Freaking stupid arrangement that ppl who purchased ticket online will still need to queue over a long line of ppl buying food&drinks to get the tickets. What is the purpose of buying it in advance?!

The movie that is not too hot such as horror movie off screening very fast at Kl festival MBO... ;(

If going for a late night movie , better park your car near to the lift.

prefer seating at the back row because there are always stupid dude who have no manners interrupting throughout the movies , kicking the seat like FCUK!

Attended by a rude, unprofessional with no basic respect nor manners cashier named Nur Masyitah yesterday. Came for movie but ended up irrate. Be careful with this cahsie for any kind of transactions.

The theaters are very cold! And the sound system is a thumb down.

Not to mention the few experience of "technical issues" during screening. No sound / no screen, anything can happen in MBO. Will not come here if its not the nearest cinema I can get for my parents.

Attended by a rude and impolite female cashier with a very black heart, had bad experience with the cashier . Other than that, everything is fine, aircond is very cold.

Show rooms are very small and I don't like the idea of keluare door, why we just get out from the door that we enter threw it?

PARANORMAN was good especially on 3D. But watching it at MBO kl festival was a worst experience. Noisy audience & unfreindly ticket guy.
