So, so beautiful :-) There's a sandbar about twenty feet from shore that your can stand on to watch the sunset over the lake
Beautiful beach and less crowded than Silver Beach . Parking is $9 but worth it. The trek up to the top of the dunes is a bit tough but worth it for the view .
Great family get away with your dog yes ! there is area where u can stay on the beach with your half child

There are a lot of rocks @this beach, so bring your sandals or water shoes to swim in. Parking lot is a mix of sand and dirt so expect your car to get dirty! Otherwise, a nice little beach! - M-A
