Pretty well stocked, especially the Hallmark card section. It really beats Duane Reade's American Greetings.
The pharmacist was fantastic--informative, and even found a coupon that could be applied to my prescription!

The worst CVS. Coupon machine broken confusing layout ridiculous prices. Employees who don't know much. I avoid it.
