Associated Supermarket

You're better off going to one of the Key Food locations in the area for most things, but Associated is a great source for Powerade Zero at a bargain, serving my addiction to it.

Family owned. Don't let the lack of smiles fool ya, they're nice. Get your veggies elsewhere, but beer and snack galore.

I have to close my eyes when I reach in the bin for an onion because of the swarm/plague of bugs that comes at my face. Wash and refrigerate everything unless you want a fly infestation

Less selection than the Key Food on 30th Ave (it's half the size), but better prices on the products that overlap.

This isn't the place to buy produce but they have a great beer selection

Eww. I just went to buy baby tomatoes and they were all moldy and squishy in their packages.

Don't buy fruit and veggies unless you have to, and if so make sure they are of the boxed/packaged variety

This tip is FOR Associated: carry the "Simply" line of fruit juices , dammit!

Not the best store around but sadly, it's still better than the one down on 21st and Broadway.

Terrible for produce, but the nicest checkout clerks in the area.

bugs on the fruit , leaky stained ceiling, watermelons kept in their dirty garage , only buy boxed food. sadly its still more expensive than key foods . go there instead. this place is a dirty dump

Place is gross and always smells like piss. Only get your canned food here.

this place sucks. if it wasn't so conveniently located, it would have been closed down years ago.
