Love the creative summer rolls . My go to place after gym class when I want to feed but don’t want to be overly full as many of the dishes are very light

Everything is good here at Itacho Sushi ! Waiters are very attentive although full house.

Portions a little small for our liking but the fatty salmon belly .. well , in fact most of their dishes were amazing. Definitely coming back.

Pork chop don was dry and did not taste very good. However the curry croquette was delicious. Warning: their green tea is water with a tea bag in it...Service is good - keen on adding water.

Come here early to beat the lunch crowd! It's tough to catch the waitresses ' attention once the place gets filled up!

Delicious sushi at a affordable price .

For its price, the sashimi is really good. The crab meat chawamushi is really good too.

I dunno abt them, but the service I got from the crew here is warm, friendly , and helpful. More than willing to pay the service fee! :)

Tips are stale so I'll add mine: mid priced sushi of reasonable quality. Service is okay, vibe is laid back . Wouldn't mind going here again, really.

Customer Service is bad. U have to draw the attention of the servers especially if you are sitting at the corner of the restaurant . Need a call bell at all tables to improve the service.

The portions are indeed small. After spending $60 for 2 pax. I guess i can find some other places to fill my stomach.. Lol.

Too expensive . But the sushi 's quality is really what you will pay for. Fresh, yummy, and creative variety! Service here is acceptable. Not as bad as mentioned for my visit.

Try the ION and PS branches. The service here left much to be desired, and the same food items fared better at the other restaurants too.

Terrible service. They charge for iced water but not green tea ? Their reason being they have to buy the ice (as opposed to the tea ?). Sushi is mediocre at best, lots of rice and fillers. Not worth it

The customer service is average. Service staff will not attend to you if there is no request. You must get their attention to take orders.

Long wait for food to arrive. When I ask to cancel my order because it was taking too long, waiter told me the food is coming. After 10 mins, I still didn't get my order. Zzzz. Never going back!

Argh!! This outlet tasted so different from the one at ION! Cha soba was tasteless!!! OMG! Ruined my dinner !! Please try the one at ION instead!

Very very slow. Waiting time for sushi to arrive is ridiculous. Asked to speak to the manager and he is out for lunch at peak hour?!!Left halfway and cancelled my orders. Will not come again

Convoluted ordering system that could be streamlined. Making your customers jump through hoops when ordering isn't a way to strt the meal.

The sushi artists all wear gloves to make sushi ; however, they touch the order slips passed to them by the waiters . Does this ring a bell? Cross-contamination. Also, very bad service!

Service wasn't too bad. Portions slightly smaller but quality of ingredients pretty high & fresh. Enjoyed lunch here

Sushi on promo is cheap but the rest of menu too exp. 3 of us spent $49 oops!
