This new incarnation of a local classic fails to impress. I ordered brisket and pork , each by the pound. Both were drier—and less flavorful—than they should be, lacking that special smokey BBQ note ????
Best BBQ in Seattle if you ask me! The potato salad is also a key player. Southern stamp of approval from me!
Get the brisket neat (no bun and sauce on the side)
