Want authentic Texas bbq ? This is the spot. They go through like 5,000 pounds of meat a week. Definitely a bbq joint you want to visit if you’re in town .

Jaden Kale

BEEF bacon , jalapeno hushpuppies , beef brisket & pork ribs ... and you must try the all-meat chili and mac n cheese !

Lindsey S

Brisket , rib , and sausage were top notch. Sauce was meh, but it’s fine because you won’t need it...maybe on the pulled pork as it was the weakest meat. Sides were decent. I’ll be back to try more!

Jon Haupt

This is legit Central Texas barbecue . I would say mid-range Texas, not cream of the crop Texas, but even "passable" is hard to come by outside of the Lone Star State ! It's legit, go try it. :)

Jen

Ordered the Texas Trinity; brisket , ribs and sausage . The smoke flavor was very good, not overpowering. The brisket & ribs was a little fatty, but still quite delicious.OMG the pecan pie is amazing!

Terence Chan

Best bbq so far in Seattle. Good brisket , ribs and cheddar jalapeño sausage . Collard greens were good. Mac n cheese was ok. Spicy bbq sauce to round it out. 4/5

Mike Klozar

The meat! Brisket or ribs . Forget the sauce, this is Central Texas style where the flavor is 14 hours of smoke, salt & pepper . There is nothing else like it in Seattle. The pitmaster, Tony, is great.

Howie Cohen

Oh dear lord the brisket . You won't find better. Moist, tender, with a smoke ring as deep as your soul.

Phill Ramey

Breakfast tacos are awesome! Definitely getting the "trio" - one brisket , one sausage , and one no meat. I just got the brisket and sausage and wish I had the third!

Simon Fraser

Amazing!!!!! Absolutely superb! Fantastic! Get the family picnic and enjoy.

Denise F

Great staff and food: ribs and brisket , black eye peas as side and chili are good too!I will come back!

Eric Tigre

Jack's BBQ and its sprawling Lone Star plywood space is popular in SODO. Surprisingly, BBQ chicken is their specialty, briskly selling out as dinner rush begins. Arrive early to avoid disappointment. Read more

Good cocktails , great food, but the pie was to die for

Garry Tan

Ribs , brisket and smoked chicken were all incredible. Don't forget the rib tips too. Finish it off with Shiner Bock . ????

Jeff Hopper

Jack's has the best Texas styled BBQ in Dallas. The smoked and slow roasted Prime Rib on Friday evenings is to die for good!

Mark Price

Jack's is the real deal. Perfect Central Texas style brisket makes this the best barbecue joint in the city - by far.

Nick Brady

The reviews say it all. Best BBQ in Seattle . Cole slaw is fantastic. Collar greens were heavenly. Everything is good.

Richard Romero

Brisket melt in your mouth, very good food, wedged salad great too..

Jaden Kale

The BEEF bacon , jalapeno hush puppies , and the brisket (and you MUST try the all meat chili and the mac n cheese )!!!

Emperor Constantin

Really good bbq . All the meats are extremely tender. Order the Texas Trio for a sample of the menu

Selina Rodriguez

Amazing TEXAS BBQ . The ribs and the brisket were my faves. Also, make sure you ask for the "Selina" cocktail . Smoked sweet tea + Tito's vodka .

Genki U.

Brisket and ribs were awesome. Smokey and good flavor from the fats. Hushpuppies are awesome too!

John Chernoff

Had hushpuppies and pulled pork . Both were excellent. Will be going back to try the ribs .

Kathrine B

All of the bbq is great, but if you don’t order the pecan pie you are really missing out!

Heather Andres

The meat could’ve been more tender but the pecan pie is the best I’ve ever had.

Jen Au

They will offer a complimentary appetizer or dessert if it is your first time dining at Jack’s BBQ .

huiline

Who can go wrong with sausage but the ribs are bone dry? Need to get a drink to down these babies.

Josh Ehlke

For true Texas BBQ skip the ribs and go for the brisket . Start with a Rusty Spur

Matt Shobe

Brisket , brisket , brisket . And a side of brisket .

Denis Fernandes

Briskets are perfect!

Celinka To

Brisket , braised collard greens , pulled pork

Zile Dzenitis

The ribs and brisket are amazing!

Why is the brisket dry? Twice in a row. :( The brisket is the best option but it has been dry the last two visit.

Michael Innes

Southern, craft cocktails are well made here

Jason Price

Beef rib Tuesday's. It's what it's all about!

Aj Bautista

Briskets are to die for.

The pork ribs were really good, but the BBQ sauce was pretty "meh"

Haley B

The driest, least flavorful BBQ this Texas girl has ever had. So sad because I was glad to see a Texas BBQ joint in Seattle.
