Seward Street Slides

The three parks in this area have a recurring "problem" with stinging nettles. With your hands covered pick the fruits . If you peel them they look like little hubcaps. Corn-like flavor!

Fun place and is usually pretty quiet during the day. Slides are not that thrilling but fun. Make sure you wear thick pants.

Bring cardboard for a smoother and quicker ride that doesn't rip up your pants.

This is in the mini park . Took us forever to find it without an address, but toally worth it. Just look for the seward mini park on google maps.

Get a handful of sand from the bottom of the slides to throw on as you slide down. Wheee!

What else do you do with hills except put slides on them? :-D

Left slide definitely faster

Definitely much faster with wax paper ! one side is faster than the other. Keep your arms tucked in, otherwise you'll scrape yourself!
