my favs tonight included shishlik , a rice dish (we had one with chicken & dates in it), the "special treat" dessert , choclava ... but *everything* was tasty... go with 4 people & share everything.

The portions are generous; you probably won't be hungry afterwards. The bastani is an excellent dessert choice - light and very refreshing. Service was prompt and the waitresses are very friendly .

Lavash prepares some of the best Persian food in the Bay Area. The house doogh shows great attention to detail; the yogurt drink comes crested with rose petals and fresh mint leaves .

One of my favorite restaurants in SF. Cozy , consistently excellent Persian food where they make you feel like family. Get the shishlik , best lamb chops evah!

All the kebabs are super tasty. I like the salmon , lamb and the koobideh . The rice is dangerously addicting

Mint tea is excellent. Comes in a large, glass teapot with mint leaves spewing out. They accompany with a fresh lemon and sugarcane .

Really good Persian food . Get the panir sabzi and any of the meat options. Delicious!!!!

Everything we ordered was extremely tasty! The eggplant appetizer , zereshk polo, shishilk was amazing! One of the best baklava !

The paneer subzi is just bunch of herbs and cheese don't expect any marinated or spicy paneer . The kebab main course was decent but nothing great

Cozy , romantic spot with great food. Chicken can be a tiny bit dry, but another time it was just fine

Forego getting the regular white rice with your meal and substitute (for an up-charge) to one of the specialty rice dishes. Also,get your food served family style to save plates and room on the table.

Kashk-e Bademjan is fabulous. Cherry refresher is not too sweet, which is lovely.

Panir apptzr is more of a salad . Very tasty though. Faloodeh and aorbet combo dessert is really good.
