This is by far the cleanest Sephora I've been to. The girl who worked with me, Katie, was really great. I'd definitely come back to deal with her again! Great service!
Employees aren't mean!! One even went in the back &got me a brand new product because the last one looked a little worn - also got a gift for my bday when it was four days ago(:
The store associates in this location are mentally handicapped (for the most part), but at least they have an awesome return policy.
A cashier rang up $3 worth thing as $7 and even rang it up twice!!! And said nothing about sorry or showed respect while I refunded - if I never checked receipt, they would have charged me $11 more!!
