Just ate here for the first time & will definitely be returning. All the food is home cooked & of a high standard. The homemade shortcrust pastry pie is particularly recommended, as are the puddings !
Its all great here, the view , the people, the staff , fab location on a woodland walk! Mmm gorgeous home made food:)
Lovely setting for a pub on the edge of the city , including a beer garden with a view , but the beer selection is nothing special. Mainly attracts people for its food.
