LAS Airport Observation Lot

Great place to check out the planes landing or to wait until you need to pick someone up.

It was very relaxing just looking on the planes landing and taking off, once in a while .

head west on sunset from eastern and on the right you will see the runway observation area. Park your car and watch the airplanes land.

Tuning you radio to 101.1 as posted at the lot is worthless. Android users download LiveATC app... it works great for listening to the tower and surrounding aircrafts.

A great place to watch couples get their freak on. If the car Windows are steamed up and the car is rockin' you know what is going on.

Pretty cool. The cop came in and closed the lot 20 min early. Other than that its fun

If you want to get great pictures of planes don't use a camera phone or point & shoot. Your pictures will suck if you shoot through the fence .

Just download live a_t_c and plane finder or flight radar 24 pro onto your smartphone, and your set!

Don't take pictures with your cheap point & shoot cameras through the fence . Otherwise a cool place to get a look at planes

Catch Virgin Atlantic 747 around 6p weekdays departing. What a wonder!!! Departs as late as 6:20p
