Reason I am the mayor is that I have come back so many times to pick up my painting . Today they were closed! Arrgh!

They know there aren't many companies that frame, so they don't have to be quick.
They are very slow here. Not all framers employed here know how to frame all paintings . I had to wait weeks for the one girl who actually could frame canvas . Very inconvenient.
