Everything is good here. The food is more than amazing, is superb, the kebab melts in your mouth and the service is the best service I've ever had in Amsterdam. Is definitely our favourite place

Good for groups and sharing. They bring a large tray of starters for you to pick from. Choose a few and get some kebabs to share at a relaxed pace. Friendly service and excellent flavours.

As I experienced so far, Best Turkish Restaurant in Amsterdam! You should taste kebabs , especially the one called 'Saslik '. Deserts are good. Service is fanatical! :)

quality of the meat is very high. their perfectly marinated "küşneme" is one of the best among those I have ever eaten (including many places in İstanbul). nice and enjoyable ambiance ???? ????

It’s been more than two years due to pandemic and we were looking forward to come to Ali since it’s our Amsterdam tradition. IT WAS A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT! Really sorry to see this place like that!!!

Best Turkish restaurant in Amsterdam. The kebabs were outstanding and the cold appetisers were all delicious. It is definitely worth trying.

The food is so great - well spiced and very fresh. Recommend the grilled chicken and the spicy lamb/beef kofte with a side of yoghurt dip .

Lacked the authenticity of real Turkish food . Adapted to a more international audience. Tasty fancy looking kebabs , an array of very small starter dishes. Good but overall expensive for what it offers

You dont need to chase turkish cuisine inthe city .this place serves the best Turkish dishes in Amsterdm.even the atmosphere itself including the populer music from our country will spiceup ur dinner .

Expensive for Turkish, but it’s gourmet Turkish. Really delicious all around, great bottle of Turkish wine , too. Oh and also the best baby high chair I’ve seen ????

probably the best kebap you can have when you are away from turkey . but a fair warning, it should be in a higher price category as it is an expensive restaurant even for amsterdam

Delicious Turkish meze , very well marinated and cooked meat (especially lamb meat is fantastic), friendly staff with fast service . overall great experience.

If that's at least close to the one in Istanbul then Ali Ocakbasi is calling you! :) Don't stop just order all the grills.. #kusneme #kebap

Amazing food, especially the meat is the best meat you can find in Amsterdam or even in NL!! Try the mix meat plate.

Great food, but I’ve never seen a restaurant charging for the water that comes with raki . At least ask, so I could opt for a salgam instead.Shame a nice restaurant failing in such small things.

The food was delicious but the staff was very rude. We were slow with our choice and they didn’t stop discussing us in an obvious manner. I would’t go back as the service for me is equally important.

It was very strange that when we ordered kunefe (a kind of dessert ), its taste was like fish . Although we let them know our complaining, they said only that yeahh we got same complain before. What???
