Aloft Austin at The Domain

As you would expect from the son of W chain: cool rooms and facilities with fun in all details. Amenities and lobby are great. Breakfast hot menu is terrible so stick with the cold choices. || 8/10

Always enjoyed staying here. The staff is awesome and accommodating. They love my Prissy girl, Boston Terrier. That is refreshing ! Walk across the street to the wonderful restaurants at the Domain!

You have a choice here, each night, of either getting fresh sheets and towels and a clean room , or $5 worth of breakfast (good for a parfait ). Can't have both. They nickel/dime on toiletries too.

Great location! If you stay here, check out what the Domain has to offer - shopping and restaurants . If you valet , call ahead downstairs to get your car pulled up front.

On the upside, the staff here are wonderfully pleasant, generous, caring, and available, the beds are comfy enough, and the cleaning service is excellent.

Excellent staff , good gym , close to all the Domain shops. They're remedying the parking situation by building a garage , so for now it's valet only.

Great, modern hotel . Stay "green" and refuse housekeeping services to earn a $5 credit in the re:fuel grab and go or wxyz lounge !

Awesome modern loft style hotel in the heart of the domain! Free valet and a nice pool!

There is a washer/dryer on the north end of the 5th floor for guests; only a $1 to use each (takes quarters). Also a self serve ice machine is on the 3rd floor in the same room.

first visit to this aloft. very comfy bed and pillows . The rooms are Great. Ours was by the elevator but it didn't really bother me.

Great service, rooms are clean , beds are comfortable .

Great place to stay. The fitness center has really good equipment, weights, yoga balls and mats.Just do it!

Ask for a West facing room. The ones facing the East have a terrible view of a vacant field and run down parking lot . Maintenance workers also frequent the area so you must keep your blinds closed.

Love Staying Here. Awesome staff and great atmosphere. Walking distance to The Domain with great shopping and great food.

Tomorrow afternoon, swing by and enjoy $3 mimosas , bloody marys and draft beer (lagunitas IPA , Shiner Bock , Miller Lite, Abita Purple Haze ). All of this can be enjoyed poolside ...

Chic hotel for the $ your paying. Parking is on east side of building not that far from the lobby.fyi the bar does a happy hour .

Water pressure in the showers is TERRIBLE. However, the deliciousness of the breakfast sandwiches downstairs almost makes up for it

Pool is two and a half feet deep all around. Might be good for kids to swim in. Not so much for adults.

Bring your own sound system , the tv volume is governed at 25 and the AC unit is louder than the TV .

Get a room far from the elevators . Don't expect the beds to be comfortable . The shower was nice, but be weary that there is only 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner (bleh).

Wish I had read the tips sooner! Got an East facing room ending in 12. Double whammy. Also dislike the "body wash dispenser in lieu of soap" thing. A/C unit in the room is very loud .

The west side is LOUD till the bar closes at 2am. Bring your own pillow . Theirs are HUGE.

There is NO valet . You have to park your car in the lot next door and walk to the hotel . In the cold...it blows.

The staff is very friendly ! A great clean place to stay!

The chicken quesadilla is awesome! Order off of the bar menu.

good: cozy beds, cool vibe, and nice service. bad: there are no bathtubs in any rooms and they don't have a jacuzzi . =(

We were surprised how noisy our room was -- construction noise from outside and the room doors are heavy and loud too.

The Aloft in Austin Texas has great service...well done.

I wont be staying here, person on phone was snotty and rude. The lady in question should think about whether or not she wants a career where she deals with the public, she clearly doesn't like them.

Possibly the slowest wifi in all of Austin

Parking is not convenient or close -- closest lots were full

Avoid room numbers ending 11, 12 or 13 as the elevator equipment is noisy . Otherwise great hotel .

The pool here sucks, only 2.5 ft deep all around
