Apollo Hotel Amsterdam

Day shift front desk employees were outstanding, night shift employee was apathetic and unhelpful. Lovely hotel in a great neighborhood , overall!

nice modern room with water views . best price I could find in the area.

Some of the nearby attractions that you can visit when staying here are the Royal Palace , the Anne Frank House, and the Van Gogh Museum .

Excellent meal in the restaurant ! Unfortunately, the walls are thin and there are two many late night partiers for us to get any decent sleep.

Design over function: dark and potentially unsafe halls and steps. Painful internet. Friendly but helpless staff . SPG members may wish to stay elsewhere.

Bad room service , smell like skunk with a lot of bugs . Never staying here again and wouldn’t recommend at all.

Bad services and the rooms suck for a star hotel .... Not even shower gels .... Paid for breakfast online but restaurant refused our access

The design of the rooms is outdated. Got forced by the receptionist to pay a deposit of 50€. My account is in GBP, I told him it would cost me additional charges. Said it was my problem. Wtf.
