I once saw Flaca from Orange is the new black here. It's usually hard to find a seat for a coffee date and the tables are always dirty . Better off grabbing your coffee to go.

Grande iced in a venti cup with extra ice, lasts longer so you feel as though you've had more (and thus fuller ), for no extra calories.

Employees do not know the menu. I go here everyday and order the same skinny cinnamon dolce latte . Skinny = skim, sugar free. Half of employees put in wrong syrup or correct sugar-based syrup

Great location inside an architecturally stunning building. Not overly crowded like the one on 3rd next to Dylan's.

If you're lucky enough to be served by Catherine consider yourself blessed. She's always a pleasure and greets everyone with a smile.

Black tea lemonade . I know, why go to a coffee shop or lemonade . Try it and you'll see.

Check that they don't make you pay for syrup you haven't asked for, happens every time and when you ask why does it say syrup on on the cash register, they say nothing and remove it.

Not too sweet... Perfect Caramel Macchiato without ask for light sweetened...

Only one outlet by the bar . All the way in the back of the store.

The coffee is not brewed as frequently as other stores. All 4 of their pots are blinking the red light, which means its been sitting for over an hour. I'm disappointed in this Starbucks location.

This place gets slammed packed in the am, getting a 6.99 drink has never being more challenging

One of the doors is just about alwayd broken. Freezing in winter.

You could buy a coffee grinder and make my own drink by the time they take your order here. Very slow service and any add ons confuse the staff .

One of the worst Starbucks I've been to. Their employees are horrible. It doesn't take 5 minutes to hand me the soy milk while my coffee gets cold. The store needs management January 8th. 2013 3:48 PM

For some reason this Starbucks only ever has one cashier and one barista. Even when they have five people working. So annoying.

Such a crowded area yet this store is too small. Barely any seating
