Choza Taqueria

This place is kind of a hidden gem. Not too busy, pretty good prices and better tasting than your generic Chipotle. Real spicy when you order spicy, not the weak stuff. Great place for a quick lunch.

Get there early to get breakfast tacos or tortas otherwise they seem to run out of egg. Add chorizo, carnitas or bacon if you're feeling meaty. The hot sauce is excellent.

Of all the Gotham outposts, Choza is the best for a quick lunch. I always come for a chicken or carnitas rice bowl. Chips & guacamole also very good.

Very nice tacos with the Chorizo and Carne Asada particular favourites. The house salsa is tangy and delicious.

Carnitas torta was really tasty, if a bit on the small side.

Surprisingly good tacos and burritos. Try the tamale for a change of pace

K.i.s.s. (Keep it simple, stupid). Chips and salsa were the perfect appetizer.

I think the carnitas > chicken tacos. Why must they charge extra for the other meats though

Had some tacos and a burrito the tacos had some great flavor but the burrito was bland

Do order the grilled corn. Do not forget napkins. Two smalls = one large.

Why such the low rating? This place was good. Kinda a long wait for lunch but it makes sense given that it's in Gotham market.

Carne Asada burrito tasty but a lot of filler aka rice ..

Go for the fish taco, shrimp taco unfortunately is not edible.
