Really nice pizza !!! all kinds of mixture you can imagine ! The crust was a unique , never taste it one so good !!! But there is no place to sit , it's just a grab and go !

Like A Local Guide

Pizzarium has the best “pizza al taglio ” (slices of pizza ) in Rome. Made from select local ingredients , their pizzas are simply amazing. If you plan on coming here for lunch , be prepared to queue. Read more

Nowadays you'll see "Bonci" more prominently displayed than "Pizzarium" but the great pizza is still the same: gourmet with VERY interesting toppings like buratta , zucchini flower , prosciutto crudo

MLO

Pro-Tip: Order a few kinds of pizza , eat them, and then get back inline as they constantly being out new and inventive flavor combinations. Cabbage and pumpkin outshined their classic.

Ben Rossington

Different but great flavours of pizza baked beautifully and sold by weight. Good selection of beers too. Sit on the bench , sit on the kerb, stand at the wooden tables . Well worth seeking out.

S

Delicious off-the-beaten-path pizza place . They speak some english and have fantastic vegetarian options . Some of the better pizza in Rome - very crispy crust without being too thin!

Danielle L.

Grab a number, wait outside until your number is called, get as many different types as you can (they're all so good!), pay, pick up your pizza , and then have an amazing meal!

Nick Zero

Pizza by the inch (pizza al taglio ). Many tastes, but changes promply. There is a queue ticketing machine, so must be busy in the peak hours, nonetheless the service is quick.

Elizaveta T.

Must confess, I hate squared pizza , but... Pizza here is serene. (Better only at I Fratelli). Only 8 tables, so you have to wait, but worth it! New pizza everyday.

Jessica Rae

You have to stand to eat your pizza but top notch. The puffy, light Napoli style pizza is made on site and the staff use scissors to cut it off and serve a taglio (by the slice). sold by weight

Phil Katz

Well worth the hype, and the wait. A bit overwhelmed with tourists , but still popular with locals. Both the best and most inventive pizza al taglio you're likely to find anywhere

Angela W.

The line moves fast: grab a number, and drool over the dozens of varieties of pizza . Totally worth the walk from the Vatican, and definitely a must stop for lunch .

Matei P.

Some of the best pizza you will ever eat! I completely underestimated the pizza with pasta carbonara on top! )) and incredible selection of suppli and arancini - DO NOT MISS.

Bekir Ozbay

Extra-ordinary pizza experience. Unusual tastes with usual ingredients. Definitely worth the trip, which is a bit out of the popular routes. My favourite was the one with potato .

Chris R (thechristophe)

They say the best pizza in Rome . I say, try everything here. Plenty of vegetarian options including a tasty potato topped delight. Stop reading this and go now.

Lucas Beier

Pizzas are good, but I don’t think the hype is justified. You need to wait quite a bit and the prices are fairly high. You can have amazing pizzas in Rome , equally delicious and much cheaper.

Nabeela Ismail

So many flavours so difficult to choose! Their tomato basil with a chili kick, & cheese zucchini flower was spot on. The bread base is super. Only disappointed there were as many 'out-there' combo's.

Andy Ellis

Creative pizza toppings arrayed in a wide variety of the highest standard. Hoof it out past the tourist traps surrounding the Vatican and you shan't be disappointed!

Rory Parness

Believe the hype. Hard to recommend a particular slice as everyone will have their fave and you cant go wrong. Long wait if you get there late

Jennissima

Best pizza I ever ate in my life!! The crust is so light and the toppings are to do for! I'd skip the arancini and just eat more pizza !

SSK

Take a ticket and wait to be served. Price by weight. Unusual and flavourful ingredients and crisp dough . Don't expect to sit down. It's eat standing or take away . A bit far out but worth the walk.

Emese Gillotte

delicious generous pizza with awesome topping and good beer . been here on a Sunday evening its full and filled with locals

André Lamelas

The one true temple of pizza . Just grab whatever looks good to you and enjoy. Potato and mozzarella is a must.

Portuguese Woman O'war

The dough of this pizza is super crispy . Thin focaccia like. Get the simple version and you will love each slice ????

Anna

The most famous pizza al taglio place in town . The owner is obsessed with the base, and the toppings are over the top - tripe , roast beef salad , even pineapple .

Jon Choo

Probably one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Pricey but worth it. I can eat the base just by itself...

Nick Zero

Taglio pizza (square, thicker base, sold by the weight) with most creative toppings. It will be hard to choose. Must visit on a pizza crawl.

Stephen Cooke Rondeau

Best pizza in town . Authentic Italian and no touris pizza . Handmade and fresh made at the counters. Slices.

C M

Currently, tables are patio and standing room only. There is a small sidewalk bench outside so if you want to sit and eat after a long day of walking around Rome, grab the bench .

Renee T

BEST PIZZA IN ROME . Very dive-y area but totally worth the walk. Standing room only in line and you stand outside to eat.

Robbie Allan

Absolutely worth the trip. Get the mozzarella and potato if they have it, but honestly you can’t go wrong

Dmitry Bokov

Takeaway piZza but possible to eat inside. Best in Rome. Even better than in any restaurant or pizzeria . Must visit for all pizza lovers.

Ugur Demiriz

the greatest roman pizza in Italy, really good experience. You can take your drink with you , no problem. Good tastes. Suppli is amazing.

Ben K.

Lives up to the hype of best pizza in Rome . Toppings change daily like spicy tomato , porchetta , anchovies , and even carrots .

Ceara Pixie

The best pizza I've had in a while. Good for a snack as there is no seating

Sarah Clifford

Bit of a dirty side street, but WORTH IT for the pizzas ! Crispy bases, huge range of weird and wonderful toppings,

TOWN&COUNTRY

Conveniently located near the Vatican lies proof that while Naples may have been the birthplace of pizza , Romans love it too. Go for some exotic toppings, like roasted grapes , rabbit , or fennel seeds.

Cross Pollinate Travel

Gabriele Bonci is the rock star of pizza in Rome these days. The pick of Anthony Bourdain and CNN and local Rome food bloggers, the pizza al taglio here is something else.

Punit Bharadwa

Damn good pizza . Comes in slices. Have different topings throughout the day. No seating and sometimes long queues. Really tasty!

Ciara Howard

A little hectic, but delicious food and worth the wait. Incredible variety. Highly recommend the spaghetti ‘arancini-style’ balls.

T S

The pizzas and fritti (try the carbonara ball) were super delicious, however, not worth waiting for 1 hr in a queue and eating in the street (there is no seating). Might be worth as a delivery order…

Henry Bayuzick

Awesome Roman style pizza . Great spot for lunch after going to the Vatican museum .

Khoi Nguyen

A bit off the beaten path, but well worth the trek. Reviews are legit. Cheap and amazingly fresh pizza . Good for a quick bite .

Muratti C

Best pizza I ever had in my life. Super nice dough , light, crunchy. Zucchini flower , tomato , shrimps are my favorite.

Megh Vakharia

Fairly expensive , but unique pizza . Every pizza slice is interesting. Try the RiOt beer - goes down easily and is an 8.1%!

Danielle Colla

Everything is great! Love love love this place (more info on my blog - <aclass="entity url"rel="nofollow" href="http://www.mylifeinsin.com"target="_blank" data-sig="Y7gxQg3j5rhMjSZzdX88umPwqbY=" onmousedown="fourSq.ui.OutgoingLink.mousedown($(this), event)" data-source="tip-text">www.mylifeinsin.com</a>)

1) Get a number, 2) Wait for your call, 3) Order, 4) Pay, 5) Retrieve your award (food)

Jack Davis

Possibly the best pizza by the slice place in Rome, with a great range of quirky toppings. Incredibly busy!

André Cid Proença

Very nice "al taglio" (by slice) pizza with very fresh and mostly organic ingredients . Long lines so go before 12:30 or after 14:00.

Mustafa Aksebzeci

Their pizza is very tasty. However, most of their pizza contains pork . Also, they don't sell known beer brands. I bought craft beer from them. But it was no good.
