If you're customizing a bag, do yourself a favor and check options online first so you don't order the wrong thing by accident. The employees try to be helpful but end up causing confusion.

If you don't have timbuk2 messenger or backpack you should get one. If you already have one, you should buy another! Those bags are legendary!
