The houses are good. If you can afford the lot and/or the construction and/or the homeowners dues. Membership has it's privileges LOL! It's a beautiful place and I'm glad they embraced public access.
If the lot is full, you can always park up near the houses and walk a couple blocks.
At the center of Salt Creek Beach car Park is a fenced-in path and stairs that meander downhill between the homes to the beach , or there is a funicular that will take you to and from the beach .
Beautiful sunset . Locals came here to watch in couples or families.

Friday is street sweeping day so don't park on the street by the south path or be $35 poorer for it...
