Salt Creek Beach

Beautiful beach . If you're there late at night, you get a perfect view of the stars. I referred to my star map to know what I was looking at. The water at shore is low so you can go a couple feet in.

Always plenty of spots to hang out on the beach . Stay for the sunset ! There's a grassy area with a couple picnic tables by the restrooms where you can have a picnic .

Salt Creek is an overall good surfing spot but gets crowded so make sure to fallow the rules! Surfers must check out Strands surf spot located in the same location!

One of the most beautiful views of the ocean I have ever seen! I feel like the grassy hill steals the show. It’s so nice to sit on the clean grass surrounded by beautiful trees looking at the ocean

Very trendy place to take a date or meet single people at the bar . Good drinks and food.

Walk thru the Rifz and mix it up with upper crusties (as long as you aren't wearing bathing suits, flip flops, cutoffs and halters)

Walk the trail from Camino Del Avion to Salt Creek Beach (approx. 2 miles round trip). Or, if you're up to it, start all the way back at Chaparosa Park .

Super kids friendly beach ...meaning that the water stays shallow for at least 15 yards from edge of water. This is perfect for parents with little ones.
