Slower service than most of the NYC locations. Try and get in before 9:00am. Luckily one of the few places open on weekends in the area. Staff is very nice and friendly though.
Use the mobile order option in the app. The line is usually 15 people long, so order ahead and bypass the line !
The baristas here are excellent. Morning rush is hectic so use mobile ordering and allow extra time.
Love thier Java Chip Frappe , almond croissant and Chai Tea . And you can't beat the view of NYC skyline.
Come in early mornings on Saturdays they are so nice... The manger is also really nice too....
Perfect stop for coffee if you are on Boardwalk. Staff is warm and courteous.
Awesome ambience... If you like a song that's playing... Feel free to ask... The staff is really courteous and friendly ...
Baristas are friendly , but if you order anything besides a regular hot coffee , be prepared to wait a while for it. I guess that's what happens when you're the only Starbucks on the waterfront .
There's a rear entrance that leads through the building's main lobby and it's a quicker way out when there's a long line .
The partners are less than enthusiastic about their jobs, the cafe is always a Mess and the pastry selection is just awful. Now that a Gregory's is next door Starbucks needs to step up their game.
The nearest decent coffee place is more than a mile away. If you're too good for Starbucks good luck to you finding an alternative.
Grab some coffee and sit outside to enjoy the amazing NYC view !
In comparison to other starbucks, this branch was the fastest.
Locals: please come on the wkends so we can keep this fine Statbucks open when the office workers go home and we are left with nothing but a Dunkin.
A store by the Hudson. They have great view of Manhattan.
Open on weekends too but hours may change after Sep '12 depending on popularity. Visit often!
Nice view ! More crowded than Grove St during morning and afternoon peak time.
New Starbucks in town ! No more trekking to grove for your starby's fix, thank you caffeine gods!
Slow service during weekday rush hour, sometimes not very friendly as well . But it's the only game in town ! Enjoy the view while you wait and wait and wait...
Abysmal service. Plan to waste 15-20 minutes for your order unless you come at the extreme off peak hours and even then be prepared to wait. Not a good representation of starbucks quality
Additional seating in the back, beyond the pick-up station
Go here for the view . Staff is ok. Some are rude and some are really good but you can't beat the view
They removed the rest rooms so not a great place to work for long.
Always not crowded . good place to get some rest
Just reopened on Dec 8 after repairing from Sandy
Extremely crowded very slow service and poorly planned store. Friendly batista though, albeit pretty clueless.
Nice service
This place is so crowded !
Starbucks is fine, but Restroom was very dirty ..
Service here is slooowwwww
Caramel latte ☕️👍
Sausage egg and cheese on a bagel was fantastic!!! Get there early... they ran out of certain bagels and croissants by noon ish. - Amanda Petrocelli McLean
Beautiful view of NY skyline, especially at night. Plenty of space to sit or walk around. It can be very romantic and there plenty of nice restaurant around. - Johanne Denis
