Opened 1962. Old-school steak and seafood . Dark and romantic , located downstairs in a cellar. John Wayne was a regular.

Rib eye was made perfectly. Not a big fan for double baked potato . Friendly place. A little hot insides, I live in IE and I expect A/C to be freezing on a 100F summer day

Rib eye : this is better than "mastro's". No sauce but the meat was cooked perfectly for medium rare, very tender, so good!

This place cooks steaks better than "Mastro's". Great! Wish they had a good sauce for steaks , Tho they were tasty.

Mushroom appetizer : tons of garlic ! So good.

Cheese breads : great!

French martini : light, sissy, sweet and so good!

Appetizer soup : lil salty side, but not bad. Beans and bacon . Very american.

U pick ur protein from the case - no menu. Kinda cool.

Mushroom and cheese bread - so good!

Double potato : seasoned mushed potato : not bad.

Where do I begin? Get the BREAD ! The twice baked potato , the Alaskan King Crab Legs , and the Steaks are superb. A++++++++

This place is a club on Wednesdays. Don't come for the food/steak. Come for desserts (possibly). Weird restaurant that the older crowd seems to enjoy.
