Was there at lunchtime. Good deal : 1'080 ¥ for the menu (incl. salad and coffee/tea).
Great place for a date! Nice and dark with more than reasonable prices.
Kind of strict with rules an charges. Even if you eat, you must buy a full priced drink.

オクラ の豚肉 巻きが美味しかった。お値段も手頃。NHKホールに行く時に立ち寄るのにちょうど良い。
ハロウィンも混んでなくて、快適 に夜ご飯 をいただけた。しかも美味しかった。
入口が若干わかりにくい。駐車場 の方にある不動産屋はB1F。その反対側の道沿いにある。

Excellent vibe, good prices ($6 cocktails??), but the menu is a bit run-of-the mill: pasta, pizza, gyoza, appetizers, risotto... Still a great place to check out at least once. - Kyle Karthauser
