Too big, too crowded . Bad entrance to the sea. The only great thing here is the food ????????

El servicio es excelente y el lugar es muy bonito, hagan check out antes de las 12 para evitar las largas filas.

Sabias que en el lobby tienes wifi , este hotel no esta enfrente del mar si puedes reservar en sus otros lobby te conviene pues estan mas cerca de la playa , excelente hotel .

Recomendable darse una vuelta en bici los primeros días y conocer cada rincón. Hay sitios muy tranquilos , sin colas para pedir, y donde poder relajarse de verdad.

En general el hotel está muy bien me he hospedado 2 veces y aun lo tengo en mis planes para mi siguiente viaje !

No conozco el hotel , se ve padre y me senti atraido a probar en mi siguiente viaje , lastima del personal de seguridad que resulto muy pedante por no ser huesped. Asi no dan ganas de hospedarse.

Los bares de playa deberían tener más personal . 1 persona solo es poco y se hacen colas ....pero el personal como siempre de 10

Los restaurantes a la carta me parecen un timo!! Si no reservas en el momento en que llegas no hay plaza . Fuimos al Don Pablo, que se supone el más selecto, y la carne estaba durísima...

Nunca volvería a este hotel , me quisieron cobrar doble y para todo tienen problema, desde el mal servicio de cuarto, los meseros (no todos) con cara , no contestan o te dejan hablando (literal se van)

Если дать доллар при первом заказе со столика будут обслуживать быстрее и орешко ещё принесут

WiFi de mala calidad. Lobby siempre lleno. Muy lejos de la playa , y un buffet masificado. Para mi, Tulum o Akumal mejores.
