24 Hour Fitness

Great gym , tons of machines and only busy if you go during rush hours (4-7). I can always get my workout in with no problems and the staff is very friendly , a lot better than the PB location.

Life is full of new faces. You're gonna see a bunch of people who aren't as experienced as yourself. But remember.. You were once just as inexperienced as them.

Gym is great from 4:30am to 7am. Just wish people would pick up after themselves. No need to leave your q-tips on the shower floor.

Usually decent parking , newer equipment, available weight benches , not a lot of hood people or douche bags hanging out. Overall, one of my favorite "24s". 👍

If you're naked in the locker room after a shower you put your underwear on first. Not your socks, or tank top, your underwear.

If you lack energy, grab a "Redline" out of the cooler. If you feel hot, your face itches, and heart pounds.- Know its working.. -It's all good, I know CPR.

The rest room needs to be clean more often and clean the filters too so fresh air can come in.

Take the hip hop classes ! Fun, energetic, humbling (I'm not a great dancer), and a good cardio .

Nice new clean gym . Please don't treat it like a public toilet !

If you are hear to work out, why the eff would you chicken hawk a parking spot by the front door. Just park !

Keep your shoes off in the sauna ! It makes the place dirty for everyone!

RPM cycle class 9:30 is to die for! Amazing workout!!

I'm very disappointed with this 24 hour fitness they got rid of the best RPM cycling instructor Laura :( Shame on u 24.

Avoid the locker-rooms at all costs. They smell, floors are soaking wet, & there are amateur nudists roaming around constantly. It's overall gross but the rest of the gym is pretty clean !

Working out is twice as fun in comedically retro workout attire. Imagine Richard Simmons mixed with the call on me video.

It's big but I miss the old gym across the street.

Too many egos to deal with here, and this place gets crowded !

Avoid lunch hours and between 6-9 if u want space and machine availability.

The parking here is horrible during the evening. Shoot for off peak hours or walk a mile to the gym .

Be prepared to exercise your patience here. Too many people & not enough equipment...long waits & people hovering when you're on a wanted machine...getting old fast :(
