So if you want to ensure a bike at the spin class you can pay $1 to reserve your bike ahead of time or you can arrive at 5:00 (for the 6:30 class ) and put your name on the reservation list.
Monday night 6:30 spin class is amazing. The instructor was helpful setting up my bike (unsolicied) too since it was my first time!
Out of the seven 24-Hour Fitness locations I've been to in Southern CA, this one has the best Pec Deck (vertical) machine.
Gets crowded but please...its a gym . Good shit to get your workout in.
Getting here before (6:30am-7:30am) pays off. No wait on machines and free weights.

They are short 3 bikes for the spin class . Either reserve your space or get there early.
Parking is easy on Wednesdays at this location! Monday's are quite hectic (parking wise).
Very big group exercise room but the equipments are too old. It needs to be upgraded to a sports or super sports gym .
Yoga class Wednesdays @ 730 with Alicia. You won't regret it.
