Great mouthwatering super fresh sushi (sadly no scallops )! Yakitori grilled skewers are not to be missed! Always busy, better to book ahead. Takeaway option available. Staff very polite.

Great place to try. Try to sit next to the grill it is a great experience. I don't think they have the best sushi in london but it is very good. their grilled small dishes are great. Try sake .

Excellent Japanese that's benefits from being slightly hidden in Hampstead. Good luck getting a reservation last minute. If you do, you'll eat food that's on par with some places in Tokyo.

Very cozy , lovely staff . Took both available skewer sets, seaweed salad and it was a perfect meal for two. Add some plum wine to finish the dinner !

A genuine Japanese cuisine experience. Personal favs - the skewers , the grilled mackerel and a glass of plum wine . Even basics like miso soup and tofu are perfect here and worth mentioning.

True japanese izakaya . Superb quality fish . Never had a disappointing experience. Have to try their amazing skewers prepared right in front of you on the indoor charcoal grill by a master chef .

Their yakitori is probably the best in town . The grilled chicken wings are our favourite, scallops on hot plate also buttery and perfectly cooked. Avoid the lamb and duck .

Food, service, ppl, everything was just amazing, love it, will definitely go again.

Lovely food but very small servings. Chopped tuna & spring onion sushi & red miso eggplant were great. & pork belly was succulent.

This is about as an authentic Japanese restaurant as you can find outside Japan. Fabulous sushi and skewers from the grill

Authentic Japanese izakaya/yakitori-ya. Whilst not the specialty, the sushi is good too..

Mixed platters are great way to try a bit of everything. Would rexommend!

Miso aubergine is our favourite dish. And try the plum wine .

By far the best Japanese I have had in London. Get there early in the evening if you want to sample the delicious chicken wings with salt.

Nice food but they brought everything out at once so half the hot food was barely warm by the time we got to eat it. We complained and they didn't really care. Wouldn't go back

this is super dizzle sushi , the best in London and maybe the best outside JP...make sure you book cause it's small and they don't take walkups kindly...

If you're checking in, then you're already set on the right path! Try their sake served in the wood box... the dry one is best!
