This is one of the best places in North London to go for long walks and explore woodland! Some great viewpoints also! Never get bored of what it has to offer 🙂
The place you come to recharge energy away from the hustle and bustle of 'the city '. If you like dogs there is plenty of chance to see them have fun and get some cuddles.
Wonderful rambling park , like a trip to the country in the middle of London! Check out the ladies bathing pond (if you're a lady!) in summer for a lovely secluded sunbathing spot & refreshing dip !
Enjoy a vast unspoiled park just a few kilometres away from the heart of London. Visit the open-air lido, the Kenwood House and Parliament Hill which has one of the best views of London ’s skyline. Read more
Best park or rather forest in London. When weather is good, bring a blanket and go for a picnic , if you dare you can swim in one of the ponds !
Great area, lovely especially in the sunshine. Plenty of parking and great for a picnic , lots of boutique shops and pubs . Very nice weekend location to relax.
From the bathing ponds through the trendy people frequenting it, to Kenwood House , this is another London park where you can't say you've definitely seen it all in just one single visit.
My favourite park in London , only one that really feels huge and untouched, with great views of London in some places and completely secluded in others. At the right times of day you can find it empty
Show up early on weekends for peaceful views of the city from Parliament Hill . Just you and the runners until about 11:30.
Everything is good here. The views . The trees . The lake . It is like being in a forest . Do not miss it out! Great for picnic
Hampstead Heath was a favourite outing for Karl Marx and his family, and held a popular fair in the 19th century. Like the Guy Fawkes night bonfires held here, it oftern turned drunken and violent.
I’ve got just lucky that I live close to this place! Always great views all year round, and during the summer you can even enjoy the sunny weather close to the swimming ponds !

Walking into Hampstead Heath is like stepping out of London for a bit. It's very wild and sprawling. Good for some peace and picnics .
Dog walking on a rainy day is a joy here. Crowds disappear and there is so much space. The cafe at Kenwood is shut at the moment, but there are a couple of outposts making coffee .. Quality: OKish.
