La nueva apuesta gastronómica de Abraham Garcia (Viridiana ). Lleva poco tiempo en marcha, y quizás sera por eso, pero no me entusiasmo demasiado, viviendo de quien viene esperaba más.
Realmente bueno!
Al mexicano del autor de Viridiana le pides unos mínimos.Sin sabor,calidad mediocre y caro .Ejem: 2 minitacos 10€,calentado en micro queda seco por dentro y tortilla pastosa.Nada recomendable.
