Bill's is an institution. It isn't cheap and you certainly won't get a table straight away, ever. But damn, if that's not some of the best breakfast and lunch you've ever had!
Nice rich macchiato . Lovely deep smooth flavour with no bitterness.Great, thick fluffy hot cakes complete with honeycomb butter , maple syrup and a generous serve of fresh banana .
Fried rice bowl is SIMPLY amazeballs! (See pic) Schnitzel is also good. My friend had the burger and she really enjoyed that as well . Also ricotta pancakes - fab!
The Ricotta Pancakes are delish! Coming here again for sure, good service , polite waiters , quiet ( Most of the time ) and the tea is great! \(^o^)/
Three girls ordered prawn linguine , yellow fish curry , ocean trout , salt and pepper squid and ricotta hot cakes . The waitress advised us might be too much. But we finished all and still want more! LoL
First time and certainly not the last. Love the concept of food with fresh, yummy ingredients. The service was fantastic and don't get me started on the dessert . Great experience overall.
Everything is great! All day breakfasts with the amazing corn fritters or ricotta hotcakes hard to pass..chicken schnitzel , wagyu burger or salmon are all great...the flowers really make a statement
We went for dinner and the service was amazing.tasty, simple food. Recommend to he fish curry and their pavlova !
Your dish doesn't get any fresher than this Fresh Aussie. Make sure you bring cash, else 1% CC surcharge. A great way to pass merchant fees on to diners.
Loved this place, small, simple, quiet and tasty. If you're into pavlova , you won't be disappointed here.
The Ricotta hotcakes totally live up to expectations, with noticeable ricotta throughout and 'can I have more please' honeycomb butter . The small serving is more than enough for dessert
Super busy for breakfast , consider coming for lunch and getting the fish curry ! So good!
Honeycomb butter was to live for. Great food. The staff was mediocre. Waited to be sat while staff just looked at you. Unable to modify menu. Still good food.
Known for their brunch , but the dinner here is killer too. Multiple locations in Sydney, but the Surrey Hills spot has a particularly great aesthetic.
Always delicious and consistent. Staff sometimes get a bit scattered when it's busy though ...
The ricotta hotcakes are to die for!! I love the casual vibes at bills too
Ricotta hot cakes , wow. That is all. You won’t regret it. AMAZING.
The scrambled eggs will bring a tear to your eye - perfect. The corn fritters are really special. The hot cakes are decadent and delicious.
Raw tuna and brown rice donburi , avocado , pickled radicchio and umeboshi dressing ... AMAZING!
The smokey trout and soba is heavenly, highly recommended. Bill does great Japanese fusion healthy dishes , a bit expensive though.
Great staff - visit from 3pm when it's not so busy. You can continue your conversation rather than having move on for the other patrons ????
Add a side of the sausage to any order. Also the eggs are unlike any other, how do they stay together...black magic???
If I was Bill I would review my service policy. I get it's popular - the food is great - but there's no need to make people line up like a nightclub when half the tables are visibly available.
Zucchini fritters with soft boiled egg and haloumi cheese -- amazing!!
Amazing breakfast this morning! Definitely recommend the granola - healthy and delicious! Will be back for sure :)
The hotcakes are very good but weird that they just put nearly a whole banana on the plate (not caramalised or anything) Coffee is pretty good too!
Don't need the menu ...Corn Fritters for breakie will blow your mind. Best coffee too!!
Best scrambled eggs in the world. THIS IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION.
Obvi the ricotta pancakes and sweet corn fritters for brunch . Great for dinner too! Glazed Salmon is amazing. Chocolate cake for dessert !!
Avocado & Corriander on rye is a gorgeous fresh breakfast . There must be an entire avocado on it!
Ricotta hotcakes are so soft, buttery, and hipster
Really good breakfast . Avoid the matcha latte at all costs.
Zucchini fritters - tasty! The pancakes most people were tucking in to looked divine.
Had homemade lemonade here. A good place to freshen up on a hot afternoon.
Ricotta hotcakes . I wish the portion was smaller. It's too much for 1 person
The Bircher muesli and apple and sour cherry bread are both amazing- they are my staples when I come here!
The ricotta hotcakes are so good
I was very excited about coming here for breakfast , as I used to come here quite often when I've been living in Sydney. Unfortunately my pancakes were dry, served with a raw banana .
The burger with cheddar is up there with the best: good meat, good relish & just the right amount of salad
The ricotta hot cakes are a dream.
Sweet corn fritters with bacon and roasted tomato is ok. Would prefer a kilo of bacon for $10 and eating a can of edgells super sweet corn instead.
Ricotta Hotcakes was average. The Gravlax, Shaved Radish , Dill , Cream Cheese & Sourdough Crostini was too hard.
There is no excuse for not ordering the oversized White chocolate and pistachio pavlova , strawberries and rosewater cream
Great atmosphere and great coffee . Enough said
When they are on point, the scrambled eggs are without peer. As are the Ricotta Hot Cakes with honeycomb butter .
Iconic brunch dishes honeycomb ricotta pancakes or scrambled eggs .
Hot chocolate is beautifully frothy and light on the palate.
Everything on the menu is tempting, however, the chicken schnitzel is always good!! Leave room for dessert !!
Came here cause apparently they had the best scrambled eggs . Tried it, and honestly, no big deal. But the iced chocolate was heavenly!
Great food, fresh and tasty, on the pricier side...
Known for their biodynamic organic food, comes with the matching price tag. However, food is fantastic. Simple, fresh and so good to eat! - Clare Tai
Toasted sandwich - smoked ham, gruyerre, potato and fennel and bechamel - amazing - Brendan York
Good coffee, amazing all day breakfasts and lunches. Good choice of gluten free options - Paddy Cunningham
Some of the best gelato one can find. Hazelnut and mango flavours are delicious just to make a couple. - James Norton
Great soy flat white, loved the beef pie and the muffins. Nice outdoor seating area. - Sergio Galzerano
Great food, great wine, great music. Fish finger burger, calamari linguini and Pepik Pinot noir all worth a try - Ciarán Norris
