I love their beef broth I say its one of the best broth in Oakland and their meat is very tender.

Pho "Regular" serving is over priced based on what you get. Possibly in order to get you to pay more. Cash only , but not posted anywhere. Pho noodles too soft. Wouldn't recommend ????
