InterContinental Melbourne The Rialto

One of my favourite hotels anywhere - fast & efficient check in after a day travelling or at the office . I like the layout of the desks in each room. The architecture of hotel is also very unique.

Very nice hotel with great architecture . Rooms are spacious and cosy, staff very attentive and last but not least, the hotel has a real and competent concierge which tends to be rare these days

It wasn't my first choice, but it was a busy weekend. Was very pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of the hotel and our stay. Would definitely return… maybe even for our next trip.

Breakfast in the Restaurant is Yum, if you want fried eggs or poached or a omelette the chef will be more then happy to help you.

A truly great hotel . It is the little things that make the difference - I needed an oh one charger and concierge delivered it within 5 minutes ( at 8 pm at night )

Great architecture and friendly staff . The wine bar and ambassador floors are not bad either

$50 valet parking may tempt you to park the car yourself. Too easy, there's a car park on the back of the building. Watch out though. It closes after 8pm and weekends.

I don't know what scent they're pumping into the foyer here, but it's incredible. I want it at home!

Room upgrades are worth the $, nothing like a nice balcony outside a large room, to admire the atrium.

Petty they have no smoking rooms. For some reason, I felt this place had been a prison in the past, not a textile and commerce building

The rooms are nice and the hotel was a factory before so it has a great style.

My room reminds me of a prison cell. Faces the lobby - maybe they aren't all like this.

The TV 's audio feeds into speakers in the bathroom...just the usual.

I love it. All you can eat . Hehehehe

The Cream of Mushroom soup is to die for, just fantastic.

Wifi is expensive so if you have an airport and Boingo roaming you can save a lot of money if you more than one device.

Upgrade yourself to the ambassador program..... SO worth the money if you travel a lot.

Amazing staff and very comfy suites

The lower ground floor meeting rooms are not really on the lower ground floor - I a floor between the cafe and the ground floor

Communal table downstairs is great wo work on.

Club access is worth it.

Paid $100 for 5 days wifi but have little to no signal in my room. Not impressed.

Lunch buffet isn't really that much to eat...

I'll be here next week for a seminar..
