Ruben the bartender in the casino downstairs is great. The women waitress 's are not very nice to people during happy hour .

Don't get a room at the end of the hall. Wifi reception is bad. It gets a but better on the balcony .

Very nice hotel. Beds are super comfortable, clean rooms, towels and bedding are soft. Had lunch twice at El Tucan restaurant and the food was well prepared and tasty. Same for the bkfst buffet. - David Trestini
