Massive screens, lots of space between seats to stretch out and no one blocking your view . Everything is new and comfortable .

Soulless. Go to Stratford East Picturehouse just across the road from Westfield for friendly staff , delicious ice cream from Gelupo, good reasonably priced snacks and really comfortable seats .

High quality screens & audio. Even the smaller theatres are comfortable . But the lines to get tickets & food are always horribly long & slow with family member bustling around Mom demanding treats.

Vue Cinema Stratford Westfield Mall upstairs. Cash tickets purchase at the food & drinks counter. Get seat in rows G upwards or you will be looking up at screen in your face.

The VIP seats are great. They're a bit wider, lots more leg room and right in the middle of the screen. The snacks are a bit pricey though so maybe bring your own.

Good location & Seats were comfy . Silly thing called Vue Extreme , I was told it's a big screen for £3, save your money. Also buy your ticket in advance and avoid the que's before your film starts.

I'm not sure why in the UK they have fewer snack options 🤔 i mean add more popcorn flavors

Nice cinema , but their snack bar is just bad, time and again. Their popcorn isn’t freshly prepared and the queues to get anything at all go on and on. All the time.

Seats are spacious and comfy but it will be more great if there's more cushion for the back

Scarcely busy, modern and clean cinema . Typical movie selection. Too bad about the typical food prices, but they aren't too phased about BYO food.

Don'get food & drinks here, you'll wait forever! Just get it in one of the (too) many shops/kiosks available at Stratford mall and then check in.

Early May Bank holiday late (8.30) showing of Iron Man 3 and its the first time I haven't had a nearby neighbour talk during the movie . Bliss!

Always a really good selection of movies with lots of showings.

VIP seating is worth it especially if you have kids. No big heads in the way!

You can purchase tickets at the Ben & Jerry's stand... the queue is always shorter.

Good for the blockbusters. Anything else go to Picturehouse over the road .

The customer service terribly needs improvement. You pay for a Vue Combo almost as much as you pay for a movie ticket, and for that you have to spend ~30 mins in the queue on a Sunday.

If you want to get snacks make sure you arrive 20 minutes early during peak times. Epic queuing

Service is so slow here it honestly feels like time has stopped... Get there really early. Luckily previews go for a while or many people would miss part of the movie

Don't sit in the VIP seats unless you've paid the extra. Cheapskates.

VIP seats are better but most screenings are low turnout and you can just sit in em :-)

VIP seating isn't really worth it, opt for standard seating . However orange Wednesdays are cool here

Same tip as above - the VIP seats are actually just standard seats with the words Reserved embroidered on them....

Ben and Jerry's ice cream stand makes it worth sitting through any movie .

The queues for snacks can become horrendously long - and it always seems like it's because the staff are really slow

Nearly missed start of film as employee serving in the snack area was possibly off his head. Couldn't retain information despite repeating the order 4x. Frustrating.

What a rip off. An eye popping £17.15 for a screening of a 3D film in one of the "Vue extreme" screens. And it's not even IMAX. OUCH!
