Pretty busy place, a lot easier ordering on the Starbucks app and collecting in store a few minutes later, so to avoid all those queues

Not the most pleasant experience from a Starbucks. Staff hassled, can't handle people and orders, layout different but not necessarily great and the coffee is tepid most of the time

Don't try their new sugar-free caramel syrup - doesn't have any connection with an actual caramel taste or their caramel Frappucino .

As much as I love Starbucks, these guys can't handle the pace. Long waiting times, wrong drinks, poor standards and worse customer service. Better off in Central London @ rush hour...

Nothing is good here. Well , their tax dodging is unrivalled amongst the various purveyors of caffeinated beverages.

Not a comfortable starbucks, wifi you are forced to sign up for bt crap openness. Luckily I have an android phone to tether to my tablet. No comfy chairs , horrible layout .
