Always good service and good food. Oh yeah, the cheesecake is excellent!

As a rule, I don’t get pasta out - except here. Order the Pasta Da Vinci and ask for ricotta on the side. This is one of the best dishes ever! Their Mac and Cheese is also amazing!!!!

The food was good but the cheesecake was great. Raspberry white chocolate truffle us out of this world! Can't wait until I'm back in Charlotte to eat there again!

A little pricey , but with it when you have something special to celebrate.... Large portions , but leave room for dessert , because it is to die for!!

the flatbreads r yummy! cheesecake is $8 a slice but very much worth it as a treat! fried mac n cheese balls also tasty.

Streak Diane is amazing and I hate mushrooms ! And obviously the cheese cake . The wait was insane but if you check in early and walk around South Park mall for a while it doesn't seem so bad.

The southpark Cheesecake Factory , it is hit or miss . The food used to be great at first . Also , many times I have to take back utensils because I find food on them . Reevualtion maybe in order .

Great place to go for drinks, food, and cheesecake . Get the corn bread tamale appetizer . So unique and delicious.

If you want a table, get a reservation to avoid the hour and a half wait for two people. Also the Godiva chocolate cheesecake is AMAZING!!!!!!!

I love the cheesecakes that's what I'm all about the sweets. But a great place to go to & spend sometime with the family & obviously eat the cheesecake !

Great atmosphere. Located in the Southpark mall and only a 10 minute drive from Whitehall Parc. Check it out!

The small plates are great to sample several items and the skinny menu is great so you can save room for Cheesecake !

They do not take reservations or honor call ahead seating. . . So plan on waiting 1-2 hours minimum on a busy Sat night. . .

Must try Craig's Carrot cheese cake .. Best one ever had ..

The cheesecake is sooooo good!!!! I don't eat cheesecake from anywhere else. The food on the other hand is NOT worth the 1-2 hour wait we experienced last time. So now we just get cake to go.

The avocado rolls are to die for. Even the kids chewed them up! I wanted to try the Ahi Tartare but ended up with the Factory Chop Salad . Fantastic but too much food.

Went there for lunch and had there club. Very good.

Make sure you check your bill and cash for accuracy! Our server promised to remove something from our bill, he didn't and he took his own tip from our cash!

Avocado roll is a must try for vegetarians !

Watch if you want to eat gluten free here...they do not prepare the food in a separate location in the kitchen. Therefore, not truly gluten free .

There wasn't much of a wait here, the service was okay. The cheesecakes are great, but really sweet! All the decor for the restaurant is beautiful.
