The milk tea is one of my all time favorites of all the different Asian beverage places I've been to. Unfortunately, this location is closed for at least 2 months for renovations.
They are back, with an updated storefront! Tea still pretty good, there's a bit of a line because they just reopened, but looking forward to coming back on a regular basis again!

This place reminds me of a shady Asian tea leaf shop. The drink prep area looks really questionably dirty . Lemon honey black tea was pretty good but the syrup they use is a bit strange.
Kids can get drinks without caffeine - just ask for it.
