Girl in the dreads running the drive-thru couldn't comprehend my order bc she was too busy talking on her personal cell phone, didn't even bother to hide it or put it away when I paid; hmmmmm ok

Rude staff . You're pretty lucky if the drive thru employees speak to you when they hand you your food. I always say "thank you" and the ignore me. Pretty incredible, especially for this part of town .

Absolutely horrific! This is my 2nd consecutive bad experience at a Charlotte-based McDonald's and I shall not be returning...
