A truly wonderful all-inclusive resort . Generally easy to find loungers on beach or near the quieter pools. Exceptional food and drinks. Like most Carribean spots, having trouble w/seaweed summer '15.
Definitely recommend the adult only resort . We had the two story room with pool in the roof. A nice treat. Friendly staff and attentive service . Nice food selections but preferred the Mexican food .
Excellent place for honeymooners and couples, adult only, and all inclusive (8 restaurants and all alcohols/drinks free). Check ratings on tripadvisor.com ...
Swim up bartender noe is the best! Take good care of him, he'll hook you up!
Don't miss our chocolate tastings at the Excellence Club . Ask to your concierge ;)
Saw a tip that said $75 for a taxi to Playa del Carmen - that was 7 months ago. It's $90 now! Also, be warned - the roads in (there are 2) are both severely washed out and potholed.
Great place if you want to relax in a peaceful atmosphere . Adult only, mostly couples - witness lots of wedding events too.
Book Excellence Club level rooms so you can hang out with Moises and Amable, the best waiter and bartender in Mexico!
You may want to rent a car. You are at the mercy of taxis that charge $150 to take you to Playa del Carmen. $75 to Cancun. It's a straight shot from the airport .
Swim-up rooms in the 2000 section by the spa are very quiet . Great rooms!
Ask for your alcohol by brand, it's all included but then you get the nicer stuff
Proper attire required to get in the restaurants . Collard shirts and no armpits! (So much for a vacation!)
The food and service are second to none.
Impressive Gym . Modern and complete for a total workout.

Try the lemon drop martini, best in the morning. The evening staff ratio of vodka/lemon is a little off! - Ross Sharp
I love this place for breakfast. They have chilaquiles on the buffet every day! Beans, chorizo, eggs... It's all so good. Bloody Mary and mimosa bar. Didn't like the coffee as much. - Chris Pollone
If you get a chance to see Claudia from Monterrey, you won't be disappointed! Some of the entertainment fell flat, but Claudia impressed us every time! - Michelle Genttner
El condominio está en excelentes condiciones, amplio, moderno y accesible en precio. - Héctor Villaseñor

Definitely do the hydrotherapy spa package. Not sure of its official name. but you go to different water pressure stations. Awesome& unique contraptions! - AIDA King ???????? official INSTAGRAM @aida.loves ????
Wouldn't recommend the poached eggs with hollandaise unless you're fine with it being made from powder. Too bad the juices aren't cold they'd also be much better! Service is slow but place is nice. - Romain D.
The basic burger available during lunch was the best one on the menu. - Matthew Sobocan
