They do have great customer servicce. They fixed my broken necklace for no charge. And it looks new!
They offer great customer service. Tiffany & Co. repaired my 12 year old bracelet for a small fee. It is like new.
If you need repairs, their customer service is the best! Less than 2 week turnaround for major repairs.
