Well worth the wait! The line may look long, but it goes by pretty quickly. It was my first time having Ichiran Ramen , but I chose ‘extra rich’ for richness. I recommend you to do so as well !

They have a 6th (sixth) floor restaurant in the same building with less of a line , the same food and experience. Get the Ichiran 5 and you can add things while waiting. Leave some broth for seconds!

The ramen here was soooo good and it's great that you can customize it to your own taste. You choose your ramen and toppings, pay at the machine, and then fill out a form about the broth.

Great, ramen chain in Japan. Order at the vending machine, pick your preferences and wait to be seated. Water is free. Wait for you food to arrive through the shutter. Don’t go in a big group.

Hakata-style Ramen was awesome along for less than 1000 yen. The location at Spain zaka has a shorter line .

Expect lines even late at night, but the queue moves quickly. Don't be afraid of adding spice - it's quite ok up to level 2.

Lines from the street take about 1-1.5 hours. The matcha annin tofu is delicious ( in addition to ramen )

The “medium” spice level is pretty weak. And even though your initial spice selection is limited to a maximum level of 10, once seated you have the option to purchase more, up to a level 20.

Even it is a chain ramen house they sure know how to make a hot bowl of ramen ! I’ve never used a kiosk to order my food. It ain’t half bad.
