For authentic Nepali food try yak chilli , chicken shekuwa n chicken momo . Other then that kheema naan is good, chilli chicken n gastric tofu is awesome.

3 lunch set options: Indian, Nepalese and Tibetan (momos ). Nepalese is a filling combo of curry w/ choice of meat, tomato chutney , lentil daal, rice , plain naan , achar & raita for $8-$10 before tax.

Good, but the spice levels are serious. Go for a 3 on the 1-10 scar unless you want to be guzzling water for an hour. I love spicy food and the "medium" / 5 had me sweating.

Yak Chili is awesome and not even like chili...more like stir fry served with rice on the side. The Yak is super lean and tasty. Try putting the Yak on their Chow Chow dish!!

Interesting choice of food that is mix between indian and asian. The yak's meat is delicious. As much as the other dishes. Naan home made . Try it!

Start with the Chicken Momo and then share the spicy yak chili and chicken korma ! Trio can't be beat.

The yak chili lives up to the hype. More of a sauté than a soupy chili . Chow chow (stir-fried noodles ) is also great and has a bit of a spicy kick .

Fave: Naan - garlic & cheese , Lamb Tartaki (4), chicken masala (5); Skip: lassi

Avoid the eggplant appetizer - it's super greasy. Try the Chicken and daal bhat masu was quite nice--complete meal with rice , chicken curry , mustard greens , daal (curried lentils ), yogurt sauce .

Order the Himalayan Tea ! A robust, richer version of a chai latte . Side it with fresh griddle-made chapati or baked roti on a rainy day and you're set :giggles:

Great food at a great price. And just found out 10% of Tara's profits go towards rebuilding schools back in her home country Tibet.

Outstanding food, service and authentic himalayan decor.Naan is amazing as is chicken tikkaa masala . Chicken sekuwa was good, but a little salty.

The Lamb Korma was tender and flavorful. Chicken Jalfrazi was good, wished it was a little spicier. Next on my list: the yak chilli .

Lamb is a favorite. Their tea is an experience too!

Waiter immediately knew which dishes were vegan , like the excellent Garlic Tofu !

The Himalayan Sangria is surprisingly good. Has a mango flavor to but not super sweet. Very refreshing.
