The charcoaled cauliflower is my favorite but I also love the saag is gingery and perfectly cooked everytime. My kids love the veggie chicken curry but just about everything I've had is pretty good
Great value for vegan and vegetarian options . The food is good and staff is friendly . The pani puri in the other location is better.
Best Indian food ever! Can't go wrong with anything you get but if it's your first time...be sure to try their samosas ...featured on the food network!
Samosas ($1.50): filled with mild mashed potato and peas , stained yellow with olive oil . Thin, crispy triangles that come with tangy , sesame-sprinkled tamarind chutney and bright green mint chutney .
I love the combo plate with veggie chicken , jackfruit , and aloo gobi and garlic naan
The pakora (both cauliflower and spinach onion ) is delicious and the soy chicken is amazing as well . Special mention for spinach and cauliflower too!
Great service, tasty and authentic food. Good value for money . They also offer brown rice option and naan was made fresh.
I wouldn't call it fake chicken , but it delicious. Reminds me of fried white cheese balls with a nice smokey flavor .
Samosa House used to be better than Samosa House west, but somehow the work they did there to improve is hard to beat... Still great for a quick bite , but if you have time go the extra blocks...
I agree with the other people who say the fake chicken is the best. It's better than chicken . And the samosas are delectable.
I'm hooked on their veggie chicken curry . I now ask for 2 servings for my 3 combo plate. Dip your garlic naan in the curry ...delish! Samosas are tasty as well .
The food is soo flavorful !!!!
If u are indian, avoid. The food isn't anywhere close to authentic . Made more obvious by the fact that there usually isn't a single indian customer in there ever. Service blows as well .
Thank you for offering brown rice - this place is very delicious and unique! I love it!
The cauliflower pakora is deeelicious! Battered and deep fried with tasty seasoning, you don' need to like cauliflowers or vegetables to enjoy this dish.
Try the 3 item combo plate, with the soy chicken curry .
Get yourself a dosa while you're there!
The best jackfruit I've had in LA.
its more cafeteria style the food was ok but service was crazy.. don't go to this place for sure.. expensive and they don't have time to take care of customers.
get the garlic naan & bbq "chicken ." made love to my meal. A+
Best vegan combo
Try the Combination Plate - Soy chicken BBQ and curry cauliflower .
The charcoal cauliflower is out of control good.
Veggie chicken , jackfruit , pakora curry ....nuff said
Pakora curry is great
The Samosa Chat small plate is rather large and totally delicious. A great bargain for $3.83
I was never a huge fan of indian food .....until I tried samosa house.
There's on Food Network's "Best Thing I Ever Ate". Awesome!!
The bhel puri is amazing.
Two words: Veggie chicken .
Good for vegans and vegetarians . Not good for meat eaters
Veggie chicken and cauliflower .
Samosa , veggie chicken
Get the jackfruit and veggie chicken curry . Yes; that really is the name of the dish.
great vegan food .
Amazing chana masala
The jackfruit is awesome
If Halwa is available, GET IT! It's amazing...
Grab the dahi puri or papri chaat . They're fantastic South Asian staples!
The fake chicken is the best thing to get at this place
Two words; Mango . Curry .
Yummy samosas for a buck fifty each!!
A couple of samosas is always a great snack .
The best jackfruit in town !
